People are unique and so are the homes they live in.  Every staging project is different, and every home requires different services to complete its transformation.  At A1A Home Staging we provide you with a proposal of options, depending on your budget and the amount of involvement you want to undertake. 

FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION - We always start with an initial consultation in the home.  We will get to know you, explain the home staging concept, and answer any questions.  We will walk through the home with you, taking notes while gathering first impressions.  This process usually takes about one hour.  If time permits, we will quickly “stage” an area to give you an idea of what we can accomplish through staging.    

If, after meeting with us, you decide you would like a personalized report and proposal for services, we will take pictures of your rooms, and more extensive notes if necessary.   We will schedule a time to meet a few days later to go over the detailed report and, hopefully, schedule the actual staging.  The detailed report will provide you with our impressions and suggestions with regard to your home’s best features and also point out any critical areas of concern.  The proposal for staging will be based upon the amount of work necessary to show your home to its fullest potential (while always keeping your budget in mind).  The charge for the personalized report and consultation is $75.00. 

STAGING – This is our most popular service.  We work side-by-side with the home owner or agent to stage the home, using existing furniture and accessories to create the “feel at home” atmosphere that will help a buyer choose your home.  You can choose a half day or a full day of staging, depending on how much work you want to do yourself and the amount of rooms you want to work on.  We will provide you with digital photos of the staged areas for your marketing materials.   

STAGING FOR MARKETING PHOTOS – A1A Home Staging will bring accessories to stage and transform certain rooms in your home for professional quality photos that that best illustrate them.  We will provide digital copies for you and your realtor. 

STAGING FOR LIVING (Redesign) – This service is for the home owner whose home has been taken over with belongings and knick knacks over the years and is in need of a “makeover.”  It is also ideal for those moving into a new home or merging families.  This is not an interior design service.  It is guidance and assistance in organizing, de-cluttering, re-arranging, possibly painting, and updating your home to make it feel new again. 

VACANT HOME STAGING – A vacant, empty home is just that.  It lacks warmth.  Most buyers cannot visualize size in empty spaces and have a hard time placing themselves and their belongings in an empty home.  To stage an empty home, furniture and accessories are placed in a few key rooms or throughout the home.  Please call for a special vacant home consultation and proposal (no charge for this initial service)
